WSU Higher Education Plan
The WSU Higher Education Plan (HEP) is an enterprise level Smartsheet plan with the additional benefit of five premium applications. This plan is administered by the Pullman Office of the Registrar.
2026 - 2027 HEP Renewal
Order licenses under the umbrella of your department. For instance, the units that fall under CAHNRS should order licenses as one unit instead of several smaller units. Additional licenses may be added at the annual renewal or by contacting Caharsoft.
- Plan dates: 8/9/26 to 8/8/27
- Cost per license: approximately $645 plus tax (Last renewal was $641)
- Committments for 2026-27 are due by: July 2, 2026
Other Smartsheet Options
Free User Account
Casual Smartsheet may not need a Smartsheet license. A license is not required to work in an existing sheet or view dashboards. If you would like a FREE Smartsheet license, which is required view RO processing dashboards, email the Pullman Registrar's Office. You may also set up a free account directly through Smartsheet.
Business Plan
Smartsheet also offers a Business Plan for a minimum of 3 licenses. It doesn't have the premium features added to the HEP, but it is a viable option if you don't need this and it is less expensive. Contact Smartsheet for more information.
