The Post Enrollment Requisite Checking function (PERC) will run the evening of Friday, May 13, 2022. Typically, the PERC process is completed Friday evening after grading deadline.
Students who have enrolled for the future term (excluding Summer Term) will be removed from any class in which grades from previous term do not meet the prerequisites.
Once the PERC process runs, seats will become available for students who meet the prerequisite.
PERC processing does not re-evaluate a student’s class standing (e.g., sophomore). This means that students who are able to register for a class requiring a certain class standing will NEVER be re-evaluated by PERC. If a student who has 31 credits registers for a class requiring sophomore standing and then drops a course and now has 28 credits, he or she will NOT be dropped by PERC.
Those students will need to be evaluated by the department and dropped if desired.
