Senior Citizen Tuition Waiver: Pullman

If you are a Senior Citizen (age 60 and over) who is a resident of the state of Washington, you are eligible to enroll using the Senior Citizen Tuition Waiver on a space available basis as audit only. The Office of the Registrar will begin processing completed forms on the first day of the term.

Do you have a 9 digit WSU ID?

Follow these steps if you have ever had a WSU ID, even if you do not know it, or have used the waiver in the last two terms.

New to WSU (no 9 digit WSU ID ever assigned)

If you have never been assigned a WSU ID, you will need to be admitted as an audit-only student before you can audit classes.

Important Information

Eligible Individuals

  • Must be a resident of the state of Washington.
  • Must be age 60 or over.

Enrollment Limit

  • Limited to six (6) credits and a maximum of two (2) courses.
  • May be taken in fall and spring semesters only.

Course Exceptions

  • May not enroll in KIN_ACTV courses.
  • May not enroll in internships.
  • May not enroll in 100% online courses without any on-campus component.
  • May not enroll in course levels 499, 600, 700, 701, 702 or 800 or self-supporting courses (including all summer session courses).

Charges

  • $5.00 non-refundable administrative fees plus any special course fees or laboratory fees. NOTE: Fees must be paid by the tenth day of the term to avoid late payment fees.
