WSU Higher Education Plan
Most casual Smartsheet users who simply wish to enter data in forms or view dashboards do not need a Smartsheet license. If you would like a FREE Smartsheet license, which is required only to view processing status dashboards, email the Pullman Registrar's Office to be added to our account. You may also set up a free account directly through Smartsheet.
If you would like a license, you may purchase licenses directly through Smartsheet or request to join the WSU Higher Education Plan. The Business Plan through Smartsheet is another great option and is less expensive.
The Higher Education Plan
The WSU Higher Education Plan is an enterprise level plan with the additional benefit of six premium applications. For more information about the plan, select the Higher Education Plan Dashboard below.

Plan Information
Due to the difficulty of managing the billing through the Pullman Office of the Registrar, we will no longer be able to split license costs among multiple internal sub-units. Please order your licenses under your main units WorkDay account and expense the licenses to the internal units. For instance, the units that fall under CAHNRS should order licenses as one unit instead of several smaller units.
Additional licenses may be added at the annual renewal only.
