In an effort to work toward the Drive to 25, WSU was charged by the Provost with coordinating enrollment efforts across the system. Data, processes, and communications were siloed and disjointed. One obvious and immediate way we could begin working together was through the adoption of a single Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. The use of a single platform for enrollment across the system will allow us to work out of the same data set, collaborate on communications, and consequently reduce the workload on some of our partners through the maintenance of fewer vendor contracts and data bridges for multiple CRM systems.
