· Personal Training Board outside of SRC 142 offices. Students can hire a Personal Trainer for a reduced rate. Also have complimentary goal sessions and monthly body composition testings
· Locker Rooms and Restrooms – Day use lockers throughout the building can be used for free. Students can rent a locker in our locker rooms for $20/semester
Go Up the Stairs/Elevator to SRC 252
· Three Fitness Classrooms that host over 80+ classes per week.
· Class Fees are based on how many times per week the class meets (2 or 3 times per week)
· Free Classes during Week of Welcome and All Access Week (first week of classes) to try and demo all we have to offer.
Move down the hallway towards the Pool windows
· Show 2nd Floor Restrooms
· Show Pool from 2nd floor windows. Shaped like the state of Washington (currently standing in Canada). 54-person hot tub
Move towards the track/basketball courts/entry way
· Many pieces of Cardio Equipment and Circuit, Selectorized, and Functional Fitness Equipment
· Track is 4 lanes and 8 laps to a mile
· Racquetball and Squash Courts
Turn Left to go between the racquetball courts and area overlooking the lounge
· Cougar Crew shell hanging off the track. Cougar Crew is a Varsity Sport Club. There are 25 other sport clubs from Wrestling, Rugby, Fencing, Esports, Cricket, Badminton, Soccer among many others
Go Down the Stairs (or use elevator to the left) to go to the Upper Gym
· Lounge games include Table Tennis, Billiards, Foosball, Shuffle Board, Chess
· SRC Backyard Items: Slack Line Course, 3 Basketball Courts, 4 Sand Volleyball Courts, Fitness Rig, Challenge Course

· Sport Court allows for indoor soccer and floor/roller hockey
· Upper Gym has space for Volleyball, Badminton, and Pickleball
· Climbing Wall is 31’ Tall. Roped Climbing needs a belay qualification card from UREC staff. Roped Climbing hours are generally mid-afternoon to mid-evening during the semester.
· Bouldering Wall and Cave open whenever the SRC is open
