OUR MISSION is to provide excellent technology services and support to WSU enrollment management offices. We partner with each unit for strategic planning, business analysis, and design of technology solutions to meet and advance the goals of enrollment management at WSU.

We have a history. Our team is uniquely prepared to take on the technology challenges of day-to-day operations of Enrollment Management because we are part of Enrollment Management. And we always have been.
We have experience. Our areas of expertise include business analysis, security, data management, network, infrastructure, application development, systems administration, project management, and desktop support. We analyze and resolve software and hardware issues, as well as coordinate resolution of problems among technical and customer personnel, both internal and external to WSU. We research, acquire knowledge and deliver on innovative computer hardware, software and systems that will best enable our constituents to perform their specific student service duties.
