The mission of Enrollment Information Technology is to provide excellent technology services and support to the enrollment management offices, including partnering with each unit for strategic planning, business analysis and design of technology solutions to meet and advance the goals of enrollment management at WSU. We are a talented, innovative, reliable and collaborative team of technology professionals dedicated to contributing positively to the WSU community and university goals.
With customer service as a central thread in our approach to information technology, we are keen on keeping abreast of the latest technologies and state of the art services to enable and enhance the success of each Enrollment Management office and overarching Enrollment Management goals, Enrollment IT philosophies drive continual improvements to student services and the business processes behind those services, contributing to a positive WSU experience for students, staff and faculty.
Our areas of expertise include all aspects of network infrastructure, web and desktop application development, systems administration, project management, help desk and training/knowledge sharing. Behind the scenes we analyze and resolve hardware, software, and application problems for network, stand-alone computer systems, and network resources. We coordinate the resolution of network hardware, software and application problems among technical, support and customer personnel. We research, acquire knowledge and deliver on computer hardware, software and systems that will best enable our constituents to perform their specific student service duties.
