Our mission is customer-centric.  We are dedicated to providing support, assistance, training, and knowledge sharing to the entire Enrollment Management community.

With customer focus as our primary mission we are also keen on keeping abreast of the latest technology in order to provide innovative, state of the art services that enable and enhance the success of our department customers and consequently resulting in providing the best student service of any university.

Our areas of expertise include computer and IT hardware, application software, networks, help desk support and training/knowledge sharing.  Behind the scenes we analyze and resolve hardware, software, and application problems for network, stand-alone computer systems, and network resources.  We coordinate the resolution of network hardware, software and application problems among technical, support and customer personnel.  We research and acquire knowledge of computer hardware, software that will best enable our constituents to perform their specific student service duties.
